one more question added! Do you think it would be fun to do a themed swap - like Christmas cards or something - or better to do it as whatever you want to make?
I would be interested too depending on date. My sister lives in Wausau and I usually come for a visit around the first weekend. It's my niece and nephews birthday weekend (they're twins-THE BIG 15!! this year). I live in janesville so
is about a 3 hour drive.

I know all about the drive! I used to live in Milwaukee so every time I go back to visit I have to make the trek with my one year old (very hard to do!) well, I will post details a while later. we want to see how much interest there is before we start planning. thanks for the reply!

Details are finally set! The swap will be on Saturday, October 6th from 9am-5pm at the Marathon County Public Library 3rd Floor Meeting Room. The address is 300 N. First St, Wausau WI, 54403. There is parking available in the free public parking ramp as Library parking is limited.
The library room is only available until 5pm, so we must be out by then.
The cost for this event is $25 each. Lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided - as well as fun prizes throughout the day!
There are only 30 spots (due to the time restrictions) so sign up quick!! The signup deadline is August 25th, and checks are due by September 1st. Please mail all payments to:

Schedule:
9am - arrive and set up
9:30am - announcements and details
10 am - start stamping!
12 pm - lunch
1pm - more stamping
4:15pm - done stamping and card contest winners announced
*Door prizes will be given away throughout the day
The Swap
You will make a 4 �� x 5 �� card using a current SU! Set. Any other product used on the card should be SU! Or of the same quality. This will be a make and take swap, � the cards you will make, and � you will take. I will email the exact number of people at the end of signup so you know how many swaps you will need to make. For these swaps, please have all paper cut and any other product needed to make your project available.
Optional Swap
In addition to your card, you can make a 3D item (ex. A lunchbox, journal, tin, etc.) and we will have a random drawing. Each person that made one will be put in the drawing and will go home with someone else�s 3D item.
Card Contest
At lunch time we will have you vote on your top 3 favorite cards. There will be some great prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
If you wish to sign up, please reply to this post. I will keep an updated list on here so we know how many spots are left, etc. Also, if you want to participate in the optional swap, please put that in your post too.

I am in Plover and would absolutely be interested, depending on the date! How fun! I also have lots of friends that would probably be into this as well!
