I took the idea I saw on this board the other day, and created a label sheet (Avery 18167) for the names on my stamp pads. Sorry my labels are not created with colors but in black. Each start with the family grouping.... example RR - Rich Regals, SS- Soft Subtles, EE - Earth Elements and BB - Bold Brights. Also the Neutrals are listed. Hope this can help someone! Made a world of difference for me, and Thanks must go to the lady who posted one family grouping earlier this week!
Oh yeah it is written in Microsoft Word.
Also adding a form I made for myself (like a shopping list) of what stamp pads, ink refills, markers and spots for all SU colors. This list was written in Microsoft Excel (without the grid marks).
Oh Leslie, Thank you, Thank you! I love it when you smart ladies know how to make these sheets up on the computers. It's like GREEK to me and I have wanted the pad names so I can add them to the new pads. I like being able to read the names on the ends, when they are on my pad rack.
Also I love the other sheet, so I can keep track of my pads etc. that I have and still want to get.
You are so sweet to post that! Again THANK YOU!
It was the least I could give back to the site, after I culled thru and learned so many new techniques in the last 2 weeks!
The 2nd document is one I made and adhered to the inside of my SU catalog, so I can easily see what I still need to get. Just a checklist for me, so I do not duplicate what I have. Helped me enormously. Now only 12 pads to go (and of course 3 RR, 3 BB, and 6 SS --- nothing I can get the combined price on)....lol...
Thanks so much for both of these documents. So glad there are people out there that are computer savvy and can do wonderful documents for those of us that are computer challenged. TFS
I did the same thing. The word window punch is the perfect size!!! You can even use a label maker (for the future "in colors" and instead of cutting after every word, space it out and keep typing, which will make it easier to punch out.
