Ok so I have a nice over the door shoe organizer that I thought I was going to use for punches but I hate the way it clunks against the door when I open and shut it. Any other good ideas of what is best to store in it? It's a fabric one so it's kind of harder to see stuff once it's placed.
I have one of those over the door shoe organizers and it's become my miscellaneous catch all. I ended up storing my punches in store in style cubes with drawers.
I have one I store my stash of adhesives in. I'm obsessed with organizing. I labeled the pockets. I have it hanging on the end if the rolling shelves I keep my craft supplies in. I keep one at the lake for visitors to put their keys and loose things in. I love those things.

Well, it's not for stamping supplies but my DIL stores her many scarves in one. Works great.
I also store my scarves, mittens and hat in mine. I had originally bought it for punches, but didn't like it. I agree with previous poster, it was too heavy and not convenient for me.
I like it much better now that all my winter items are stored in it, especially now that SE MI has been hit with this mini snowstorm.
I love to use the show bag for my punches. My huby said it was causing too much stress on the door. He attached a strip of wood to the wall studs then attached the show bag to the wood. I have placed 2 bags behind the door so they are hidden. I love the clear pockets to see my punches!!
Now that I no longer have a scrap room, they store a lot! I have three in three different closets. 1) acrylic paints, foam brushes, masks, foam stamps. 2) dies and embossing folders and silhouette pens and blades, 3) colored pencils, adhesive, washi, bling, enamel dots, large silk flowers.
I used to store punches in one. I found it helped to store them only in the top row. But I outgrew that fairly quickly. So now they are in a sterilite drawer.
