I had a few companies that were really stuck on...Comotion was the worst. I peeled as much as I could and really went to work with an adhesive remover on the remaining foam/adhesive. I put the rubber on a HARD surface like a sheet of Masonite and worked at it while watching a movie. Its definitely a bother!
I agree with Diane - some are unbelievably permanently adhered! I recently bought some Fiskars cling stamps and the "cling" layer was warping the rubber, so I wanted to take it down to bare rubber. It took a couple of forevers ( and possibly a curse word or two  ) I only did the ones I was absolutely sure I'd use, and I'm giving the rest away - with the cling still on them!
Thanks ladies! Too bad I DO really like the stamp-or it would get pitched!! I'll let you know if anything besided persistance works! lol!grrrrrrrrrr!!!
