Everytime I need an envelope for my cards I'd have to sit down and remeasure everything in my box of envelopes to find the right one. Finally I sat down one evening and compiled a cheat sheet for reference. These are measurements of most common card sizes. I included what size Card (stock) paper you need to make the card and where to score. Then I add the size envelope needed for that card. Some measurements are for off size cards and envelopes too. Hope this helps others.

Thank you, HobbySue, for your wonderful table of card and envelope sizes! And thank you, too, to Ariel M for the chart Connie Stewart's Mr. Awesome created. Both are fabulous resources for cardmakers!
What a great reference tool. Thanks so much for taking the time to put this together and post it here!

Wow...I never even imagined that this post would be so popular. I seriously thought maybe only 1 person would see it. Response has been great and I also noticed that it appeared in the Hot Topic section of Splitcoaststampers Weekly Inking e-mail! Really makes a girls heart all warm and fuzzy! LOL Thanks to everyone for the compliments! and.......
HAPPY CARDING to all!
Thanks so much. I have printed this out and taped to my stamping bookcase. To make it fit to one sheet of paper, I added a 1 column table, cut and pasted half in the first column half in the second. Then mounted on a piece of cardstock. I am sure I will embellish it too, just because I can.

Love your "Just because I can" remark!! Glad you like the chart!
I just copied what HobbySue did and pasted it into word and saved as both a word and PDF doc to make it easier to save for those that want a saved copy

Does anyone have a list of the dimensions of paper needed for these cards?
If you go back to my original post you will see that the card stock measurement before scoring is listed for each individual card size. Most people have a great assortment of cardstock that is bought in the 8.5" x 11" size. This is the size card stock I started with for all the card measurements. For example to make an A2 card which is a finished size of 4.25" x 5.5" you start with a cardstock piece of 8.5" x 5.5". So a standard sheet of cardstock of 8.5 x 11 will yield 2 cards. Hope this helps.;)
Envelopes sizes are listed in 1st post. Do you mean what size card stock to make envelopes

I have to admit that with the time it took to figure out all the card sizes, score lines, etc. I was not motivated to figure out envelope sizes and score lines. Instead it is way easier to purchase the WE R MEMORY KEEPERS ENVELOPE PUNCH BOARD. Availeable here. WeR Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board: A Cherry On Top.
This board is fantastic! All measurements are right on the board and every envelope I have made has been perfect! I know some of the scoreboards (Martha Stewart, and Stampin up ) have an envelope triangle with their scoreboards but it has limited envelope sizes. You will not be disappointed with the WE R MEMORY KEEPERS envelope board in my opinion.
