OOooo...I can't wait to make one (who am I kidding...100) of them!

Just curious, what size labels are you ladies using on the nuggets? I don't have any on-hand, so I'll need to buy some, unless I just use cardstock. But, since I also have to get some nuggets, I can't measure which size label to use. ;)

The size labels to get is the "standard" address labels....Avery 8860
dimensions are 1" by 2 5/8"

This is my first attempt at anything other than a card. I can't believe how well the instructios are written and how easy they are to make! There are 7 nugget boxes cut out and scored, just waiting for my new Valentine wheel to arrive so that they can be finished! These are going to my kids day care providers. Thank you, Beth, for taking the time to share this.

I tried my hand at one of these, but definately make sure you make one out of paper first! It makes SUCH a difference in seeing how they go together, and if you ruin a piece of paper, OH WELL! LOL! The kids love these and can't wait to give them out for valentines day. Thanks Beth for the great instructions, any suggestions on how to size these up for a 4 or 5 nugget box?

The first time that you make one, it might take you a while, maybe 10 minutes? a little more or a little less...not too long at all! You might find that if your measurements are not exact, you may need to make a few extra clips here and there. My scoring is never perfect with my cutter, so I did have to clip a few corners to get them to fold in just right, but once you make the first one, you will know just what I mean. The directions are great and once you get your first one made, you will fly through the next 100 that you do! You might be surprised at how small they are - I was, but three nuggets are not very big either, so I don't know what I was expecting!

If I am not using a sticky address label to decorate the nugget, but I want to use stamped paper, what size would I cut the paper to fit around the nugget? I do not have a bag of nuggets on hand right now to measure, but want to stamp and precut the paper now. I use only craft ink and it would take a while to dry anyway.

Barb your boxes are so cute. I gotta try these - I think they would work for little gifts of jewelry or even to give a monetary gift. TFS

I love the boxes sooo much!! I have seen them before but have never known how to make them. I noticed that you have made ones that are for 2, all the way up to 9 and 16! Can you by chance point me in the right direction as to how I can deturmine the dimensions needed for the other boxes? I would love to make them for Christmas gifts for my Kids teachers and family and friends. Thanks a bunch!!!!

Stupid question, but do you leave the orginal wrapper on and stick the label to that or to the foil?
