I don't appreciate the fact they list products...

I don't appreciate the fact they list products for sale on their website that are known to be backordered. Plus no tracking for shipped orders. Cute designs but not sure worth the hassle.

Could someone who owns this set please tell me how to get the light to shine through the lamp. It only cuts outside shape but package shows light inside the lamp. Thanks!

Alcohol to refresh Copic ink on stamps

Does anyone know which per cent alcohol you should use? Both 70 and 91 per cent are available. Wondering if the 91 is too strong for the rubber.
