My first experience with clear stamps was with Papertrey Ink. I was a little apprehensive at first, but they are TOP quality! I highly recommend them!

Question Pastels and black-n-white photos

I know there is a way to color your B/W photos with pastels. Does anyone know the exact technique? It seems to me that you had to spray it with a matte finish or something....? TIA :)
