I found some at Michaels and they were about $2.79 for 200 bags. Also, yes, you can use hair gel. Just buy the cheap kind and make sure you can "see through it" Have fun!

It's best to clean your brushes with water and you can even use a little mild dish detergent and then rinse until it comes clean. Lay flat to dry on a paper towel so that water does not get stuck...
