Here we are again...another week, and another sketch!
This one isn't fancy, or maybe I should just say I didn't get carried away using pretty colors and textures. All of my sketches start out as basic shapes within a square, and that's all we really need to get an idea and make them our own. So here it is, I hope you are inspired!
Remember, sketches are meant to be a starting point. Feel free to flip, resize, alter, or do whatever you need to make it work for you!!! Minor tweaks are expected, but if you feel a major overhaul is needed, you might browse through some of the older sketches for inspiration. There is no time limit for these challenges, so use them at your leisure!
If you play along, please share your hard work with us and upload to your gallery! Make sure you add SBSC155 to your keywords (additional keywords are OK, just separate them with commas), and PLEASE post a link here in this thread; we would NOT want to miss it! Also, if you aren't a FAN CLUB member, please observe the NO UPLOAD on SUNDAY rule! :-D
You can find all submissions for this challenge here: SBSC155
Love last week's and this weeks layouts. I am hoping to find time this next week to do a few challenges...it's been a while since I played along.

Glad you decided to come back, looking forward to seeing new creations from you Susan! :-D
Love it, Sally! Can't wait to play with some new papers (that I swore I wasn't going to buy more of)! Hello...my name is Emily, and I am a designer paper ADDICT!

nice to mee you Emily (we are soooooo in the same club!)
As an added bonus, it's SUO and part of a double page layout. This page is the left hand page. The right hand page is a progressive page. My first progressive page.
Check it out! What do you think?
I think Sally's sketch is a nice accompaniment to the progressive page. I needed something simple, so I followed the sketch very closely.
I'm going to try this sketch again, making it the focal page, rather than the accompanying page.

OMG! That is just the MOST adorable page! I simply LOVE how you did the SU paper with the circles too! Holy cats I never would have thought to do that! Hope you consider this a compliment, but I am so planning in casing that idea!! TFS!
I really had to think about this one, but I finally managed to adapt it to make it work with my pictures yesterday. I've interchanged the squares with the circles, but the basic idea behind the sketch is still there.
