Here are my cards for this weeks challenge. I used a stamp set for the first time by Altenew called "Sohcahtoa" Since I like to make CAS cards this is a great stamp set. It is nice to have birthday cards on hand that can be used for men or women.
Here's my card for this week.
2 Purple Onion stamps inked up, undisclosed amount to go.
I'll be back next week with some more of them! WT513 Get Well Wishes
I'm in! I think that I'll combine this challenge with my other challenge to do more of the daily SCS challenges. Maybe it'd be interesting to see if I can use the same set for each challenge that week in a different way...? No idea which set I'll start with, but I'll scope it out before next week happens!
Now that would be very cool to try. SO often I get stuck on one stamp in a set and forget about the coordinating ones!
I know me, and I know how my life goes, so I'm not committing to any particular number of cards per week. Also, I've broken up all of my sets and the stamps are organized and stored by theme, instead. BUT - I have a bizillion and six stamps that have never seen ink, so what I AM committing to is using virgin stamps FIRST when I go to make a card. I made a card yesterday and used THREE previously uninked stamps - go, me! It's HERE.
Oh - and I'm also attempting to plow through the hoarded papers and blow the dust off of punches and dies and such, so those are getting used now, as well... THIS card uses papers I've had since 2003 (no, I'm sooo not kidding!)
Now that would be very cool to try. SO often I get stuck on one stamp in a set and forget about the coordinating ones!
Hah! If I manage to use even a single stamp in a set I'll be thrilled with myself. lol It's been 4 days, and all I've managed to do is stamp the images I'll need for my card for the week. I'd better get cracking, I can't believe it's already Friday!
I'm joining this challenge and committing to one card a week that uses a never before used or seldom used stamp/stamp set. My card for this week uses a set I bought in November and today is the first day it has seen ink; White Christmas by SU
One more for the week! Great challenge! I wouldn't have went looking for this stamp if it hadn't been for this challenge. And now the set sits on my craft table till I make my cards with it. Such a great idea!
I have uploaded my cards for week 1. It has been ages since I uploaded a card! I am usually making and sending - you know, last minute card maker! I have already made 3 cards for this week using SU Bliss. I am working on a couple more for this week's.
Sharon and Arlene, I'm so proud of you guys! You made beautiful cards!!! I'm so impressed. Not only did you make multiple cards, but they were all different.
P.S.: Proud of all you other ladies too, of course. Just pointed out Sharon and Arlene because their posts happened to be so close together and I just got done looking at their galleries. I've been wowed looking at everyone's stuff.
I never did finish the card that I stamped the images from All Wrapped Up for. However, I did use 4 sets that had never been used before to help my friends make 2 cards. They are brand new stampers and I did everything but color the images for them. Does that count? Hmmm, hmmm ??? ;) ;) I used an Our Daily Bread set, an SU set, a Unity Phyllis Harris set and a MFT set. Images from 2 sets, and sentiments from another 2 sets. It was the most inking this room has seen in months and months, I promise!
Well, even if you didn't finish a card yourself I think you met the spirit of the challenge by inking up all those new stamps for your friends. I think that Unity stamps including a couple of Phyllis Harris ones, are going to be my February theme ;-).
I am not doing so good here as it is taking a lot longer to put my craft room back in order than I ever expected. For me when I see a mess around me it is not at all motivating. I just keep plugging away at it.
My goal this week will be to finish last week's goal. 4 more stamps to use..............so, I'm thinking 4 more cards, although it's possible that I might be able to use two of the stamps on one card.

Ina, your cards are beautiful. As far as "falling down" on your commitment, HAH! I think you did enough to be covered for 4 weeks with what you've posted. ;)
I got my 3 cards for last week done! They were all valentine's for my kids so I am WAAAY ahead of where I usually am at this point in the year. I am going to post them to my blog later this week.
This week I am going to try for 3 cards again using my new Wood You Be Mine Stampin' Up! set. I just HAD to have this set, but every time I look at it I am stumped what to do with it!
Okay, I will do cards this week with the stamp set You're Lovely, another Sale-A-Bration stamps set. It has 5 stamps in it. I will committ to 2 cards and try to use all 5 at least once. I can't believe I have these stamp sets that I have never used!!!
I find myself buying sentiment stamps and then rarely use them. So this week I will be using a sentiment stamp set from My Favorite Things called "Blue Skies Ahead". I will make at least five cards.
Oh my gracious, I am so glad I found this forum. I am ashamed to say I have MANY unused stamps, and I am so happy to hear that I am not alone. Thank you for creating this forum. When I tell people I am addicted to stamps, I mean stamps - not stamping - lol. I need to get as addicted to the stamping part :-). This is just the jumpstart I needed. Thanks.

Okay, I was confused and thought you could only upload on Mondays. I created a card yesterday using a stamp from Stampers Anonymous set that I never used. I will use Two more in this set this week for a total of 3 cards this week (1/12-1/17). Since yesterday's card was inspired by this forum, I will go back and give a shout out. This may just be the kick start that many others need to get their lonesome and abandoned stamps out - lol. A big thanks to Westiemom for getting this started.

Two more stamps inked up this week! At 46F in my attic this last couple of days, a quick easy card was the way to go. As you can see, I made three while I was at it, to keep up with a personal goal of four Christmas cards a month. Christmas Owl
My first attempt using a ten year old stamp, I found it when sorting through my stamps.
I don't want to commit to so many per week but will join when I can.
