Ooooooh, thanks bunches for this one, Lynn! I knew the moment I read it that I would
need to play today! ;) I used heat & stick powder for mine ... it's been tucked away for so long that it deserved a day out to start up some dazzle once again.

Kickstand Surprise Postale
My
card for this Monday's challenge is also my first kickstand card. I wanted to leave uncovered as much of the glitter as possible. Thank you, Lynn, for hosting this and other technique challenges these past few Mondays.

TLC186 Glitter Surprise - MFT Cold Outside
Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I just got my first few sets of mft stamps and couldn't wait to use them. I decided to use it to create today's challenge. I used a large snowflake stamp to create the glittered background and used stickles to add some extra sparkle! I also added some dazzling diamonds embossing powder to the liquid applique to give that some sparkle.

Better late than never to get my cards uploaded! I made two - same stamps but changed the sketch just a bit. I love them both! Great technique.
Here is #1:

just realized I need to edit and add that I used the ticket corner punch!
And... I cruised the TLC186 gallery this morning - fabulous cards ladies! I'll be back after work to leave some comments!
Thanks for looking!

The REAL thing!
So I went back and did the challenge the right way this time. Substituted a 2-way glue pen for the glue pad, but LOVE the way it turned out. Thanks for a great challenge Lynn!
Here's my
Christmas card .

Have I said I don't like glitter? Still brushing the stuff off me, my clothes (yes, and my CAT's paws too).
I said I wouldn't try it, but there you are, I gave it a go ... It actually looks nice, but I put the glitter away again for a little while, lol

What a fun challenge! I think I've only used heat and stick a handful of times, but I was happy with the results!
