I don't have time to play today but I like the "Over the Edge" name.
I also thought of "Overflowing Borders" or "Crossing the Border". What ever it's called, its a very cool technique.

I thought that a great name for it would be "Reverse Spotlight".....in any case, love coming up with new ideas!

OK I'm not very good at just written directions but I'll give it a shot.

Can someone try a visual with this? It would be extremely helpful!

As for the name I really think over the edge has it down. Gets my vote!

Now if I can just figure out how to do it!

I stamped the image and then used my nestie to cut the frame so the image would already be stamped on it and would line up exactly. Does that make sense?

This was a fun challenge -- not a technique I would have come up with on my own, but I like the results. Here's my card.
Thanks for the challenge Holly.

I can't even begin to tell you all how awesome you did with this challenge. So many unique looks from the same technique. Everyone had great ideas for a name, but I think I'm going to go with Birgit's suggestion of "Cross the Border". I want to thank each and every one of you for your fun suggestions!!

You all rock

Here is my friendship card. It is a little different because I used a smaller punch but I still followed the directions.

I didn't even see Birgit's name suggestion of "Cross the Border" when I wrote this. I guess great minds think alike.

How about naming the technique "Beyond the Border" or "Over the Border".

I really like the way this looks.

Wink TLC331 Bunny in a window by Crafty Julia

This challenge was to double stamp an image, and then combine the two, matching up the image. I thought this bunny-seen through a stained glass window- worked well, isn't he cute? Here's my card:

Wink TLC331 Double stamped hydrangea by Crafty Julia

Ok, gave this challenge- TLC331- another whirl! Decided that the double stamping would work best with a larger image, so I thought this hydrangea would be a good choice. I added some translucent but sparkly lilac ribbon and a spring green embroidery floss bow for some visual interest.
