I too had a bit of trouble with the directions. I used my own fold lines. I rarely make a card that is folded any differently. I'll do this more often. THANKS!!
Here's mine: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

They are still pending but I am having some major trouble getting around the SCS website right now so I better post while I can still get to this thread! Also, I forgot to mention it in the gallery but the sky was done with pastels.
has anyone else had trouble uploading today? mine are still pending... and there are uploads after mine.....:???:
Bummer! Mine was approved almost instantly when I uploaded. I copied the URL for one into my post, went back to get the 2nd URL & it was already approved.

Hey Dawn~~ I know who is doing all that viewing....ME!!! I've probably tried to view yours and Pinky's at LEAST 50 times each!! (I gotta get a life!!). Now instead of trying to look at everyone elses cards, maybe I should try to come up with my own?!!

You guys are funny! I had that happen once. Uploaded 2 cards, only 1 got approved. It sat for probably a half day while all kinds of other cards were being approved after mine. Finally, I uploaded another card & boom, they both got approved. I think maybe whoever is approving thinks they did both & moves on & forgets to do whatever they do to open the link.
Whew, Dawn! I was beginning to think maybe I'd jinx ya from looking so much, but actually got off the computer for a couple of hours and your pic was still pending (you'll just have to blame someone else!!)
Got an idea (FINALLY!) for a card, but might have to wait until tomorrow....my oldest has a basketball game in an hour and don't think that I can get it done before we have to leave...great cards everyone!
Here's mine. I am sending it to my sister for her birthday.
When I first say this challenge, I curled my nose - but
to my surprise, it was really fun. Thanks for the great
challenge.
Here is my try at a tri-fold card. I used 12 X 12 CS to simplify the measurements for a tri-fold. The fold is made at just shy of 4". This card was time consuming because of the need to position the background stamp and the cutting on the flower, otherwise it really was not difficult. - Kathy
This was really fun. Mine didn't turn out quite like I had hoped but it was fun to try. It's a shock that I made something that has no ribbon or embellishments. What a shock!! Here they are.
I love that. I have been thinking of a way to combine stamping and cooking. You guys have a great idea. Cardstock is fiber!!! My first card went the way of the first pancake too tonight.
Here is my second attempt. This card has many more colors than my first. It is an Easter card. A lot going on with this card. Couldn't stop adding stuff. But, I like the way it turned out and the theme of "Always Dream Big" Open up the card to see why.
Thanks for a really fun challenge.

Okay so I have a weird sense of humor. A good friend is helping her daughters with the lambing for the 4-H sheep and tomorrow is her birthday. I needed a card done tonight so I used the challenge to get busy. Personalized the event and card by using my printer to write the message and add the verse to the sides of the sheep. Loved this layout, even if it took a little more time to come together. (Pending Mon. evening)
