This is the first technique challenge I've tried. It was so easy and fun, I'll have to go back and try some more. Here is mine.

This is a One Sheet Wonder. All images were embossed with White EP. I then coloured with pastels. Over top the pastels I added a dash of coloured marker to add intesity. I almost hated to cut up the sheet..it was so pretty.
These directions and link were on page one of this post. You will find the directions on page one with samples of the challenges. Good luck with the challenge.

OK, this is my first attempt at one of the challenges and I realized I should have read the directions fully first. I used the daubers and ended up with a haze around my snowflakes. It looks ok but not what I was going for. Now I see I should have used the blender pens

Here are my two:

I let my card air dry and it changed the color of my chalk? To funny! Drying was the only trouble i had. It was fun to do and easy.

I wanted to try this for a while and when I got the Chalks out for this weeks "Ways to use it" challenge, I had no more excuses.

Here is my first try of this great technique:

Frosted Country Roses

Thanks Beth for all you do!

Question

Would this work better with oil pastels? I'm thinking of trying it but I don't have my chalks or white EP here at our summer house so I'm running down the mountain to Walmart to get some EP and maybe some oil pastels to try.
