I did these treat bags a couple years ago but since I havent posted them, I thought they would still count toward the challenge. I forgot to put TLC90 in the discription, darn it,,,, but will post the link here. If anyone needs any further directions, please email me. Thanks for looking. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

Sherlie, You can go back into your picture and edit your keywords or description after you have finished. Just go back in there and add the challenge number. Everyone will want to see those cute bags.
It was suggested on mine that you could make them more personal to fill it with something that would be in each persons interest. I had thought the same thing. For my little grand-son & ggs, I could put in a hot wheel car. Both my daughters & g-daughters stamp, so could be a stamping something. All kinds of ideas rolling around in my head.

I already had this project in mind for my classroom art project, so you inspired me to get at it and get the sample made today. I saw this idea on the Internet using pipe cleaners for the feathers on the tail as well as the wings, but I just had to use my tools and add a little stamping. My students will make just the turkey without the place holder, but for our table we are making these for a little festive addition with our guest's names added, then after dinner everyone can have a little treat for the ride home.
Want a project for your kids to do over the holiday--give this one a try.
I've been using this handprint alot lately (made my birth announcements and several scrapbook pages) and thought I would try a turkey with it! Thanks for the challenge and thanks for looking!
Here's mine...thanks for the kick in the keister...i've been meaning to get these done. Sorry about the blurry spot in the picture, little fingers have been on my camera lense!! TFL

It's a quick & simple tag tent. I think I will get some made up for our family Thanksgiving table and the kids' classroom treats. They hold a Hershey's chocolate leaf candy
YAY!!! I am so excited my idea became a challenge! I am working on my decorations right now and will hopefully post a few over the weekend! THanks for getting it going more than I could!
Here are the Blessing Mix favors I made for this year. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I made 12 bags and used, - 1 big bag of pretzels(big handful in each), a jar of dry roasted peanuts(1/8 cup scoop approx), 2 small bags of candy corn(1/4 cup scoop), 2 small bags of orange slices (4 in each), and 1 bag of Bugles( handful in each). This makes a nice size little treat bag I think. I thought you might like to know how much of each to buy and how many bags you could make.

Here is the complete set I created: Thanksgiving Decor
Here are some close ups of the Serving Tray as well as the Place Cards.
I also created candle rings/candle tray, some coasters, napkin rings, and a menu.
These were for an article I wrote about thanksgiving decor. I have one for Christmas Decorations coming out soon!
