Good day to you all! We are going to do a very easy fun fold, brought to us by Natasha Foote, called a standing pop-up. Her style and mine are quite different but I appreciate her love for simplicity and for using what you have. Natasha doesn't like to measure a lot; I don't mind it but I'm not very good at it. If you choose to watch Natasha's video, after watching how to make the base, you can skip the part about how to decorate and then pick it up where she assembles the base. It does fold flat for mailing.
As an alternative, thanks to Sabrina, there is an SCS tutorial that is very similar so feel free to follow that: Standing Pop-Up Card Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
I made two cards, one with Natasha's method and one with the tutorial. Slightly different in dimensions but similar enough. Both very easy! Please put your card into the tutorial gallery.
Remember to use the keyword TLC998* when you are uploading. It's helpful if you come back and leave a link on this thread, especially in case you made a typo and people may not find your card.
If you're not sure how to link your card on the thread here, here's how:
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.

I can't look at cards in the gallery, I get an error message, something about syntax. I have been able to view cards if I get email notices for them, like Lynn's, but I can't comment on Anita's. Any ideas? Anyone else have issues? I can open up the gallery but I can't open up a card.

Problem is resolved, somehow. Whew.
