Default Altered Photo Card
Does anyone have the instructions on how to do the "Altered Photo" technique? sallymac568 has three in her gallery and they look really cool!

If you go back to her gallery and click on the three different photos, she kind of tells how to do it. You could also, probably, PM her and ask. I'd be interested to know as well. I might have to try it using the techniques she described and see how well it goes.

or maybe she'll see this thread and give us all instructions (I did a search for you in the forums and didn't find much of anything)
