I have a swap i got from a swap awhile back and it says Flannel Technique which it looks like it might be toilet paper or something like that maybe kleenexes and its stamped on and kinda fluffy. Anyone seen anything like this. I am curious how to do it and find nothing under flannel Technique. TIA
Could it possibly be the Suede Technique? You use a bone folder and run the paper over it in all directions pretty firmly until all the of fibers are broken in the paper. Then peel apart the paper and the insides are soft and fuzzy.
This could be totally wrong from what you are talking about.

If it was a Splitcoast Swap, you might be able to track down the original swap "thread" and then find the member's name. Good luck... sounds interesting.
