Last Christmas someone gave me a cd case calendar for Christmas. It was so neat, and I'd love to make some for Christmas gifts this year. The calendar had cardstock weight sheets for each month, and they were the exact size of the cd case. They appear to have been printed on a printer. The top of each month was decorated with appropriate stamps for the month. Does anyone know where I could get a file to print 2010 calendars? Thanks for any help you can give me. I've been thinking about this all year!
Maybe this will help....I don't know how to post the link....but go to galleries, scroll down to anything but a card...you will find a thread cd case calendars. HTH. Good luck!

To post a link, look at the address (mine is at the top of page) put your cursor in the address area, right click on your mouse, than when box pops up, go to "copy" right click on that, than go to where you want to post your link, right click again, than right click on "paste". Hope that makes sense!
Thanks for all the help. This is the first time I've actually used SCS for a particular problem. I've always used it for inspiration - and there's certainly plenty of that here. But I wasn't sure how to use the site otherwise. How fantastic to see people go out of their way to help! I didn't find exactly what my friend gave me but what you all did give me gave me some other options. Any other help would be appreciated, but at least this gives me a start. Thanks so much. And I've learned more about how to use the site!!!
Just wanted to thank you for this information. Some of those are even nicer than the one I received as a gift! I especially like that some even have the year on them. Thanks for the help!
I have used the free calendar template found online but I have a question for others who have used it. How can you print more than one calendar on a piece of cardstock. I could not figure that out so I have used one sheet of cardstock for each month. Of course I can use the leftover pieces in other projects, but I'd love to be left with less leftover pieces. I'm doing this for a kid's class and a club class, so I'm going to be preparing about 15 of them in the next few weeks - and that's a lot of cardstock - 180 pages!

Thanks for any help you can provide.
Save each of the calendar templates where you can find them on your computer. Open a Word or Power Point new document. Click on Insert from the top menu and then choose Picture, From File and then browse to find the month you want to insert. Click on it and then select open and it will place it on the document. Repeat this process until you have as many as you can on one document.
Here is the shortcut without the extra words...
Starting from Power Point or Word Document...
New>Insert>Picture>From File>(Browse to find document)>Click it>Open>add others and rearrange.

Attached is a document someone shared with me recently - it's a 2010 cd calendar that will print on 3 sheets of cardstock. I can't remember her name - except that I named the file "Kathleen".

Thank you Tammy. I was hoping to find something like this. It is really great to be networking with a group of people who are sooooo talented and knowledgeable about their craft. Happy Holidays!

Funny this topic came up this week. I just got one of these at work.
The CD case opens 3/4 of the way around so the calendar stands up (the front of the case forms a stand in the back. I tried this with a couple cases at home and they all have a stopper to keep the case from opening past 180 degrees. Do I just need to look around or is there some trick to this?

Try taking the cover off, now turn it around and then reattach it. Hope this helps. Cheers!
