Circle Card Template

I've seen a number of circle cards in the gallery lately and wondered if there was a template. Does the card actually have a fold of some sort? Or, am I missing something? Any help you can give is appreciated.

Yes, there was a Try a New Technique Challenge this past Monday that showed the Dahlia Fold, which is what you are seeing on the cards. Here is the link for more information:
