Question Circle Punch Flower

Help! Have seen a flower made with 3/4" or 1" circle punch. Anyone out there have instructions? Flower is very dimensional and I love it!

Thanks but that is not the one I was looking for. Much smaller flower using much smaller circles and layered up and in. Thanks tho.
