Default Claim this gorgeous card!

I saw this card at the Atlanta regional and love it! Does anyone know who made it? I need to know how it was done. The dots on black look chalked to me, but they might not be. Can anyone help me on this technique? It is a great card!

I would love to see it, but nothing comes up. Where can I find this card?

Default great card

I've been trying different things, and now I think it's just craft ink used on the black! White, pinks and/or purple.

It is not mine...but it sure is beautiful! I wonder if it's poppin pastels on black using the white craft pad? I've seen cards with that technique that look similar to this

Default great card

I wondered if it was poppin' pastels, too, and I tried it with VersaMark. I've never tried it with white craft! Is that what you meant?

I did something similiar with the dots. I bleached the circles with erasers then colored the spots with the chalks...might be what she did...

Wish I could say it was mine!!

good luck
