Default Coffee FIlters and Ink refills

Hi all,
Good Monday to everyone. I can't seem to find this technique when I do a search but does anyone know the technique for using a coffee filter and ink refills. It is where you put ink on a plate and then lay the coffee filter down and then you can ink your paper with the coffee filter..... it's something like that. Thanks in advance to anyone who has the answer...

Samantha

you can do this technique with kids too. Have them color the filter with markers, spray with water, let dry the make butterflies or flowers out of them with pipe cleaners. So fun!
