Default dentyne gum holder

hi, does anyone know the dimensions to the creative gum holder? You pull the gum out with by the ribbon and it slides back in also. someone saw it on this website but i do not know the dimensions, etc to do this??? Please let me know if you know what i am talking about. thanks so much

oops, Iam new at adding attachments, the 2nd one posted first. Also, I have many samples on my SU website. Which of course is down for the weekend.
