Default Does anyone know how to bargello a card

I have seen several cards on another site but they had no instructions on how to do this. It makes a different card and that's what I like about this hobby - never boring.

Thanks Pat

This Carol Duvall episode has some good instructions for bargello: http://www.hgtv.com/hgtv/cr_paper_cr...397496,00.html

Also, this a pretty project, although it's paper quilting, not bargello: http://www.heroarts.com/learning/tec...hID=12&catID=3

I have never heard of bargello. Those samples and instructions are cool! It looks intimidating for me, but good luck with your project. I can't wait to see it in your gallery!

I love bargello. It really isn't as hard as those directions make it sound. I have to share a couple pics. One is a Bargello quilt I made for my daughter and one is the back of a jacket I made for myself.

Thanks, Linda and Val! You said it before I got a chance---go to the HGTV website and search the Carol Duvall files. I believe one of the Meteviere sisters did a project a long time ago. Very good directions.

Boy, this brings back memories. I did several clothing projects in college using this technique. Good luck with your project!
