I seal mine with Krylon Fixatif spray. To make a necklace I find a bead with a proper size hole to fit cord I want to use. Barrel beads work best. Use E6000 glue to adhere bead. Let dry, string and wear. I am making my aunt 12 necklaces for Christmas. One for each month, holiday.

I seal mine with future floor wax. About 4 or 5 very light coats.

I seal mine with crystal effects. One coat is good. The finish is beautiful. After the CE dries, I turn the domino over and spray the sides, which have been colored with silver or gold Krylon leafing pen, with Krlon crystal clear (shine). If you use a matte finish spray on the gold leafing, it looks tarnished. Just another tip, make sure you sand the top before adhering the bead. I didn't on some, and the E6000 didn't hold and my beads popped off. Also, sometimes I use the Fixative spray on the domino before stamping with Staz-On. It makes the domino less slippery and the sharpie colors don't bleed.

One more tip - I've actually inked the top of a domino with a pearl-ex pad for the background color. The background is beautiful with the shimmery gold in the color (I have blue, red, and violet pads). When the background is dry, stamp your image with black staz-on (I used botanicals with a little script). Results are stunning, especially after a coat of CE!
