Question Great Way to Cut Tag Corners

Anyone have an easy way to cut tag corners without having to get out my protracter to map it out? I always cut both corners at different angles and by the time I'm done my tag is half the size I started with! You know, not the square corners, but the ones at an angle. I'm sure there is an easy way to line it up to something or figure it out, I just don't know it right now! Your help is greatly appreciated!

TIA!!!

Kelly

I always use a tag from the tag sheets as a template/guide for cutting those little buggers off the tag

After you cut one corner take the corner part that you just cut off, flip it over to the other corner and cut along the edge. Works every time!.

Hope that makes sense.

I either do this or....

I cut a square (maybe 1 inch...depending on the size of the tag) and then cut the square in half to get 2 triangles. Then I use one to lightly trace on both sides of the back of my tag, and cut.

DUH is right! I had a few moments to myself this afternoon & made a tag for my Dad's bday card and that's just what I did - snip & flip and then I went "well DUH!!!" I feel silly for even asking. Thanks for the ideas!!!
