HELP!

Can not find my corner rounder and I'm making Coaster calendars and need to round my corners of Designer Paper.

So what do you use when you have misplaced your corner rounder?

use sand paper,for an aged look

You might be able to use a Coluzzle circle template and cutting tools. Position it where you want; cut one corner then lightly trace the cut-off piece on the other corners so you can align the Coluzzle template for the same angle (kwim?) NOTE: I suggest using repositional tape to hold the template in place as each time I've done this (2, maybe 3 times) it (or the paper) slides out of position if I forget the tape.

It can be tricky and time consuming so it's not recommended if you need to do it for a large quantity of cards.

could you lightly trace the coaster corners onto the paper and carefully cut?

I just trace the corner and carefully trim the DSP. I hope this helps.

This is a really old-fashioned method: take either a penny or nickel and place over the corner just so the paper edges just touch the coin's sides (the pointed end of the paper should be visible under the coin). Hold the coin down carefully and just cut around the arc made be the coin... it works, but is time consuming.

I've even used small medicine bottles for larger "rounds", but be careful: the plastic will get sliced if you get too close.

You can even reverse the method where the paper's corner is hidden underneath the coin for a ticket punch look...

glue on paper on coaster trim around corners and sand then in the very edge of the coaster its a nice look

I glue the DS paper to the coaster then trim with my Exacto knife.

I glued my dp to the coaster and then used sanding block...works great MaggieSt

I've used those fancy scissors. Cut across the corner, lining up so that the blade removes the corner. A larger scalloped scissor rounds nicely. I've used others for decorative corners.
