Default ISO Refillable Notepad Cover

I have searched and searched and have not been able to find directions for a Jr. Notepad Cover that is refillable. I have read tons of threads about the "regular" covers, but nothing where the pad can be replaced. I have used JulieHRR's template and made several of these, but I'm having trouble wrapping my brain around the best way to make the pads removeable/replaceable without making the holder too thick. Can anyone help me, please? TIA!

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for but, I used a laminating machine and post it pad paper, it works great! PM me if you have any questions.

Where did you see directions on the regular sized notepad covers or are you talking about journals and permanent bound notebooks? I looking for a goodbye gift for my school's principal. I'm thinking this might be a cool gift especially it you could refill the pad in the center.

These are for covers using a 5x7-ish notepad (Jr. legal pad). Check out this link for 3 different directions (2 attached files and a link): Forums at Splitcoaststampers
