Jeans card template?

I'm fairly new to this super website! I was browsing through the gallery and found an adorable card. . . it looked like a pair of jeans. So cute! Does anyone have this template that they can send to me or know where I can find it on the 'net? I would really appreciate it!

I forgot to put on the template that the top is cut on the fold so your card will open.
