Liquid glass looks like an epoxy resin, which I am familar with.

Here's a link I found:
http://www.brasch.co.za/proj4.html

The epoxy activates when you mix the two parts. You'll definitely want to ventialate your work space like crazy (this stuff kills brain cells), but it looks great. Just limit your exposure time.

You need to keep dust out of your poured project and a great way to do this is a very clean cardboard box turned upside down over it in an undisturned location.

The best advice I can give is to be sure you have any potential projects all prepared, so you can use up all of the stuff you mix (you'll want to haveenough mixed for your primary project). The link abouve has good pointers for sealing porous items with modgepodge before you set to work with the liquid glass.

Best of luck,
