Have you checked out sites in the UK? If you go to www.ukscrappers.co.uk they have a list of sponsors at the bottom of the home page. Some of these may ship internationally and I'm sure it will be cheaper than getting stuff from the US.

www.artbasehornchurch.co.uk and www.scrapadoodledoo.co.uk both offer international shipping at cost price. You can find the prices at www.royalmail.co.uk

Many thanks for the answer.
Till now, I bought items from an American website from which shipping charges were quite reasonable. But their policy has changed as cost becomes too heavy for them on international orders.
I am going to check your websites.;)
