Smile NEED DIRECTIONS FOR CERAMIC COASTERS

I have made one coaster once at a Stampin Up party. It has been a while and I can't remember what ink pad they used to stamp on the ceramic, what I used to color it with and what we finished it with. Can any help me out? I wanted to make some as a gift because they are so cool looking.
Thank you!
Patty

When I made mine I used Stazon pad and sharpie pens to color it in. I made Coast to Coast Coasters for my dad for Father's day/ To lighten the color of the sharpies I colored the color thick on a plastic container and used my blender pen. Note: This ruined my blender pen but it made a WONDERFUL water colored look!

Hello Dawn,
Thank you so much, I will do that today. I also pasted it and printed it off so I won't forget again. I don't know where my memory went, but its gone! LOL!

I've been using Craft-T Chalk and enhancer on mine. They turn out really nice. Makes the chalk cremey.

I used chalks/markers on Tumbled Marble tiles.
Just remember to spray it with Verathane or some sealant to keep it pretty. The staz On wont run, but the markers & the chalk might.

I Love the look of the tumbled marble tiles.. just bought a box and looking for some time to stamp them... !!

I used stazon to stamp the image then heated it with heat gun. Next I used blender pens and pastels to colour the image and again heated it with the heat gun. Afterwards gave it a couple of coats of sealent to give it a glossy sheen!

Home Depot has a box of 6 tumbled marble tiles in thier tile section. In Canada thier $7.99 for the box. Just make sure you go through the box and get ones that are fairly smooth on top. A few cracks and chips give it the character, but not too many. Probably cheaper in the US... =P
