Paint can survival kits

Can anyone tell me how to make the paint cans? I just discovered these, and I LOVE them. Also, where do you find instructions for post-it note covers, little notepad covers, etc. I see all this cute stuff in the gallery, and it is all SO ADORABLE!!

if you go to the forums page and scroll down to resources there is a template for paint cans and you may be able to find the instructions for the post it notes also. I have the paint can template but I have not made one yet I will be making it before this weekend. I hope this helps
