i am kinda of new can anybody tell me what Pearl Ex is? It looks so sparkly!! and beutifull, can anybody tell me were to get them or does only stampin up sell them and how do you use them? Please tell me.
PearlEx is loose mica powder. There are tons of ways to use it. Do a search in the techniques forum. You'll be amazed at how versatile it is. It is sold at craft stores everywhere. I bought mine with a coupon at Michael's before I became a demo.
Hello! Pearl Ex is so easy to use and the results are stunning! It adds a new level of beauty for sure. I use VersaMark on the stamp, tap a tiny bit of powder onto the stamped area, and spread it with my finger (you could use a Q-tip). Have fun!
I use a soft paint brush to spread on the pearl ex (a little goes a long long long way), wipe off the excess with a swiffer cloth after it has had a chance to sit for a little bit so the versamark is all dry.
