Popcorn Slider - Directions Please!

Hi Everyone:

I'm new to this site, but have found it to be full of wonderful ideas. A friend of mine showed me some popcorn sliders that she'd made in Stamping Class, and I'd love to get the directions. They were bags of microwave popcorn with a piece of heavy card stock around them, with a saying and the ribbon somehow was around the popcorn, so when you pull on the ribbon, the popcorn bag slides up.
She also had hot cocoa bags made the same way.
If anyone has directions/instructions, could I please get them?
