Default Question about acetate frosting

Hi I'm new here. This is my first post and it starts with a question. What is acetate frosting and is there a place you to go to learn how to do it? I'm not sure if this is where you post questions like this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. Sharon

I received a swap recently with this technique and the instructions on the back of the swap. The card is at home right now, and I'm not, so here is what I remember....

1. Stamp an image in black Staz On onto a window sheet (detailed works best)
2. Turn the window sheet over and dab or sponge white craft ink over the back of the window sheet.
3. Take a few reinkers and dab or sponge colors onto the craft ink, be careful not to muddy the colors.
4. Sprinkle clear embossing powder over the inks and emboss carefully.
5. Trim, mount, embellish as desired.

If I left anything out or gave wrong instructions... please correct me. I want to try this technique
