Default Question on Iris Twist technique

When I print out the template, the outer square is measuring 1 7/8 rather than 2 1/8. How are you printing the template so it's true to size?

The same thing happened when I printed it. So, I saved the file and brought it up in Paintshop Pro and adjusted the size and then printed it.
