On page 37 of the new catalog, the sample of Polar Party has a wonderful looking ribbon that I would love to show to my customers, and I have no clue! Can anyone shed some light on how to do this technique????

I believe they are just strips of paper (or ribbon) that are cut about 1 inch shorter than each other...three strips, each 1 inch shorter. Join the strips so that they are even at the bottom. This creates the interior "loops". Join several together to make this "bow".
