Default Shaving Cream technique?

I've seen some beautiful cards that used the shaving cream technique...but I don't know what that is! Can anyone explain it to me? Thanks!

Oops, found it in Techniques! Looks like fun.

Be sure and check out the "Resources" found within the gold bar at the very top of each page. Here you will find several wonderful tutorials and techniques... complete with step-by-step pictures.

The shaving cream one can be found here:

Be sure and use the "Search" feature at the top of each forum to locate all kinds of wonderful ideas as well. Simply type in a keyword or two, and hit "go".

Hoping this helps not only lead you to the shaving cream technique... but several other wonderful ideas well

Default

check out my gallery-I recently posted a shaving cream card in it for a swap....I found that if I used a toothpick (thank you Dawn!) and really really really swirled the inks around alot, the design came out great-ALSO, I felt it looked much more vibrant if I not only dipped the cardstock in, but used my fingers to press from the center in, making swirly motions (much like working out an air bubble).....I just loved the result that way! Good luck!
