Default ?? Stamped Coffee Mug Inserts

I found mugs similar to the ones in the link below at my local Dollar Tree, but they aren't the ones that screw apart. They do have the paper inserts in them though and I'm thinking there's got to be a way to get them apart. Anyone have any ideas if it's possible to get them apart so I can stamp a new insert and put them back together so the cup isn't ruined?

Thanks,
Santell

I'm not sure if these are the same ones or not, but I bought some cheap ones - and they just pull apart. If there's a white rim around the top, that's probably how they separate. Just try pulling hard.

Hope that helps.

AMA I've seen the ones you are referring to, and they AREN"T the photo tumblers. The real ones have a insert that demos adding photos of people. I asked the manager to order me some PHOTO tumblers. She got me 96!!! Too many for me... but a bonanza for aeveryone else!

So you asked the manager at your Dollar Tree to order you the right ones and she did it? Great, maybe I'll try that then. Thanks for the info.

Our local Dollar Tree has both kinds.....The white ones DO NOT come apart, but the black ones do. I learned from "trial and error."

Default stamped insert coffee mugs

I just saw these at our local Dollar Tree and you unscrew the bottom. I tried it at one of ours. The paper said for photo inserts so I am sure you just need to get ahold of the paper and pull it out. Make a template and stamp away. Reinsert and there you have it. Kathy

Default Inserts

I bought some plant holders at HL that have a pre-stamped paper in them. I am going to use that templet and make my own stamped liner. They were $1.67 each. Nice gift for end of year for teachers!

I had some of the ones from Dollar Tree that were the black ones that you unscrew the bottom off. I could not get the paper out, I tried everything to get that silly thing out and it wouldn't come.

I've learned to check each one of the cups to make sure the paper comes out so I don't have the frustration later.
