Default Stamping on Candels

Can anyone please help me with the directions to stamp on candels. I am doing a craft fair in less than a month and would love to do some of these! Thank you to anyone who can help me.

You stamp onto tissue paper and then use your heat gun to melt the tissue into the candle. I've only done it once and I will never do it again.

Make sure the practice ALOT before your making your craft fair stuff so you get it right. It takes a large amount of hand coordination (which I don't have)

Not sure if the other message went through so I'll try again.
Once you've stamped on the tissue paper, very slightly tape it onto the candle, wrap a piece of waxed paper over the tissue paper, the wax from the waxed paper is just enough to help set and adhere the tissue paper to the candle. We learned this at our last "STAMP CAMP" and we all loved it. Good luck.

Default Candle stamping

Ok, do you cut out your image before melting it onto the candle? :?

I've never tried it but I read somewhere here that one stamper puts wax paper on top and then heats...then peels the wax paper off after. I thought I would try that as I haven't had much luck just heating the tissue right to the candle.

hi debbins, I just did a stamp camp we did candles. here's my directions ( I got from here before. stamp your image on tissue color with markers(we did Flaky Friends) trim image closely, wrap tissue around candle wrap wax paper around tissue, then heat with heat gun when wax paper sweats roll candle with wax paper on a flat surface(table or desk) heat some more check to see if tissue has melted in. if not heat some more. I had nine people, booked 4 workshops for jan. !!! hope this helps. pansy711
