Default Stamping On Walls

Is it better to use craft pads when stamping on walls or craft paint? I just finished doing my walls using the Old Glory set and I used the craft paint, which turned out looking great, but I'm fixin to do my daughters room and would like to have a little advice on whats better. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!!

I don't have anything to compare to, but when I did my walls, I used craft paint. You know, the acrylic paint that comes in the little bottles. I thought it turned out great and after a year, it looks the same. Good luck!
