Default Technique for Formica Chip

I'm trying to get instructions on how to use the formica sample chips I have as part of my cards. Does anyone have a step by step write up on how to do it? I know that there are some samples listed, but none give directions on what to do. I'd really appreciate some help. You can e-mail me privately if it's easier at [email protected]. Thank You...Synsee
