Default template for packaging packets of seeds??

ISO a template that can hold a package of seeds for a gift. I have seen these before and just can't figure out how to search the forum yet....:(
Either like a Library card holder or anything creative at this point...I am having an uncreative night.

Can anyone help??

http://www.houseofstirfry.com/chia/templates/tempI.htmlhas a library tag & pocket template, or I have a pocket template that I think is what you are looking for. I can't attach it here, but PM me and I'll e-mail it to you as a Word document.

I found a template for a soup packet ( <---click). I'd suggest you copy the image to your document and resize it to fit the size you want.

It's not a template, but I took a half sheet of CS and scored top to bottom on the 5.5" side. Then I made a diagonal cut from the top of the card at the fold line to the bottom of card (remember this is diagonally). Very easy cut to do with your trimmer. Just glue along the bottom and voila a seed packet holder! I love this with Seeds of Kindness.

I put seeds in one of the pocket cards that were the big hit a few months ago - you take a 8 1/2 by 11 paper fold in 4ths, turn it upside down (folded side down) flip the top corner inward to make a pocket - (after stamping) I punched 2 holes and added raffia to seal the edge. I stamped the vine from vine and berries and then added large flower from watercolor garden. And then added sunflowers, I also did bachelor buttons with another flower set.
I used a parchment paper that I bought in a pack from Target since the card stock was a little hard to fold

At regional seminar, they demo'd a gift card holder made from an envelope folded in half. I did the same thing with a seed packet and used a large SU envelope. I decorated the outside and inside with the dandelion wheel. You cut away the right half of the envelope flap to make a pocket and seal down the left half. You cut and decorate cs to cover the left side. Then tie closed with a ribbon.

Default Seed Packet Template

Not sure where I originally found the template, but I adjusted it to fit a standard seed packet... and then saved it in works for my personal use. Hoping that this will open for you, as well as fill your need.
