Tic Tac holder template....HELP!!!

Hi everyone!! I have been searching for the tic tac template and just can't seem to find it. Does anyone know where I can find the template or the measurements? Thank You!!

These are extremely cute! I ran across this and loved it. I went to the store today and bought tic-tacs. Now I am waiting for the right time to give them to my kids. (Both LOVE tic-tacs -- the orange ones);)
