Default Using Acrylic Paints

Anyone have instructions for stamping with acrylic paint (like in attached picture)?

With acrylic paint you have to make sure you don't get too much. You can apply the paint to the stamp using a sponge. It almost looks like those were put on with craft ink over an acrylic, which will also work. The main thing to remember, wash stamps immediately and don't push them into the paint, bring the paint to the stamps.

I've never actually done it, but I've heard that you just brush on the acrylic paint, right onto the stamp, using one of those little foam brushes.

Hope that helps!

Default Acrylic paints

Hi there,

This is my first post and I had to jump in here...if you are going to use acrylic paints, be sure to TAP the paint on, don't brush it on...if you
try to brush or rub with the sponge applicator you will get paint down
in the recesses of the stamp and you don't want that.

Hope this helps!

Wow, I feel so special - that's my pot ...

I didn't actually stamp the images in acrylic paint, just sponged the pot with the cream acrylic and then stamped with the Petal Point inks (they are really great over the arylic and didn't smudge like I was having my craft inks do).

Hope that helps ...
