Default Wallet card

I tried all over the net to find some instructions on how to make this particular kind of wallet card my sister gave me - along with a hard copy of instructions. However, I couldn't find it anywhere. This is what they look like:

I wanted to share it with all you other wonderful card makers/paper crafters, so tried to create my own instructional sheet, complete with pictures.

I am not sure if this worked - and if it did - whether it is readable? Here's hoping...

you can also make a slightly smaller version of these with a 10 x 10 paper using the same folding instructions. They are very adorable and I've been making several to try and sell at a craft fair. I didnt think of using them for notes or quotes, I filled the one I made for my daughter with photos. Using the backsides it can easily hold 12 photos, and I velcroed it close. They can close in one of 2 directions and I have ribboned tied some of them closed. I will try to take some pics of the ones I have made and upload them here.
