If you've ever even considered joining the Technique Junkies newsletter created by Pat Huntoon here's your chance to try before you buy. Pat posted a free Watercolor Crayon tutorial. Here's the link: http://www.techniquejunkies.com/wc-t...ayon-home.html
And, yes, I am part of her design team but I have to tell ya that there are times that I NEED to SEE what the technique steps are before I can actually do the project. These step by step instructions are just the ticket. AND, you get to see a variety of artwork from stampers with very different styles.
This is just in time for those of us that are either considering or have purchased SU!s new set of Watercolor Crayons! Now we'll know what we can do with 'em!
Thanks a bunch, just what I needed! Something else I have to buy to do a new technique I just love. Oh, well. I'll add watercolor crayons to my list which grows daily.
I have done the tuturials since time ONE and I love them. I also get their CDs so I can pull them up on the computer and follow their instructions without interruption. They are great. Everyone on her should be on thier website and join. Everyone talks about the magazines, but I would rather just wait for my newsletter and have that as my magazine.
Thanks! That is a great tutorial!! Are the ones on the CD the same kind of thing?
Azure,
If by that you mean, are the tutorials on CD also detailed, step-by step with PICTURES for each step, YES!!! They are the same thing. I have CD 1 and *love* it. (And I don't have to wait for my dial-up connection to download them.) I need to get CD 2 still. . . :-D HTH!
Thanks for posting. I'm subscribing to the newsletter today!
